I am an English native who moved to Prague in 1991.

I have been involved in the CEE real estate industry for nearly 20 years.

For 8 years I was the European Residential  and Commercial Director for a large European property Developer responsible for projects in the Czech and Slovak Republic, Germany, Russia, Hungary and Poland.

Since establishing Mantaren Properties in 2011 I have also worked on projects in Spain and the USA.

I am not interested in having a huge agency with hundreds of properties, and an army of sales agents who are only interested in making a commission cheque at the end of the month and don’t care what they sell and to whom.’

My philosophy is to offer a quality service to our clients and to put their needs above mine.   We take the time to get to know the clients needs and work from that.
