About Karen Hartley
Karen Hartley is an English native who moved to Prague in 1991.
Karen has been involved in the CEE real estate industry for nearly 20 years.
For 8 years she was the European Residential and Commercial Director for a large European property Developer responsible for projects in the Czech and Slovak Republic, Germany, Russia, Hungary and Poland.
Since establishing Mantaren Properties in 2011 she has also worked on projects in Spain and the USA.
‘I am not interested in having a huge agency with hundreds of properties, and an army of sales agents who are only interested in making a commission cheque at the end of the month and don’t care what they sell and to whom.’
My philosophy is to offer a quality service to our clients and to put their needs above mine. We take the time to get to know the clients needs and work from that.
